Abstract

The effect of Gurney flap on double delta wing aerodynamics was conducted in low speed wind tunnel, the experimental results indicated that Gurney flap can promote the model s lift coefficient, maximum lift coefficient and lift-to-drag ratio at middle to high lift coefficient. Moreover, it was farther verified that the effective windward area of Gurney flap is the most important parameter for its lift-enhancement.
