Abstract

Considering to balance the supply and demand of spare parts for organizational-level maintenance, the feedback control mechanism for demand driven supply support is analyzed and the system dynamics (SD) principles are used. Based on these principles and utilizing SD simulation, we build system state model, analyze the dynamic actions of supply support system, draw the value bound of the critical frame parameters for constant state system, investigate the impact of logistic delay on system constancy, analyze and verify the conditions that could weaken the negative impact of logistic delay and resume system constancy. Finally, we use SD simulation to optimize control strategies (i.e. order cycle, order scope) under logistic delay conditions.
