Abstract

This paper takes a single pair of involute spur gears as the research object. Firstly, the coupling model of gear clearance is established according to the coupling relationship between backlash and radial clearance in the running process of gear transmission system, and the force model is established by using Liu model, Coulomb friction model and gear time-varying meshing force model, and then the dynamic differential equations are established and solved by using Kahraman's multi clearance model. The rigid flexible coupling dynamic simulation model is established by ANSYS and Adams, and the simulation results of Adams are compared with the results of previous modeling to verify the accuracy of theoretical modeling. Based on the theoretical model, the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission system with friction and multi clearance coupling are analyzed.
