Abstract
To study the deformation behavior of skin parts during the process of stretch-forming, a 1MN numerical control skin stretch forming testing system was developed. Velocity control of hydraulic servo cylinders and displacement synchronous control of same axial hydraulic servo cylinders were realized by using the improved digital proportional, differential, integral (PID) control algorithm, and the numerical control skin stretch-forming system was established. Test results show that the control precision of this system is well and the performance is reliable, which provides a experimental basis for the further research.
