Abstract

In common scene applications, usually the geometry models and the scene are fixed and cannot be edited online. Therefore, the simulation procedure is a little simplex and cannot be applied to other applications without modification. With the rapid development in scene simulation systems, scene simulation methods are facing multiple users' multiple requirements, however previous development method will cause high cost. In order to fasten and simplify simulation development procedure, a kind of multi-user scene simulation system was developed. In this system, Vega Prime and Open Flight API were used to edit the geometry models and the simulation task online, then the models were directly input into the simulation tasks. Visualization simulation technique, database method, network communication and multi-tiled display systems were integrated into this system. The system provides a kind of universal method, which not only simplifies the design procedure of simulation tasks but also improves the design efficiency of simulation tasks.
