Abstract
A dynamic measuring instrument for 3-D rotating parts has been developed in order to research the reversible dynamic properties of a reversible plow. While reversing, the instrument can dynamically collect the data of plow's angle, angular acceleration, torque and oil pressure and automatically save them for latter use. It is convenient to develop the software of data collecting, displaying, saving and printing by Visual Basic and dynamic link library (DLL) which can be created by Visual C++. It was demonstrated that the software had the advantages of friendly interface, ease of operation and use and powerful functions.
