abstract = "This paper presents the design of a radio frequency (RF) driver for an Acousto-Optic Modulator (AOM), which serves as the core component of a power stabilization system for a high-power semiconductor laser operating at 795 nm. The driver features an adjustable output power range of 0 to 30 dBm at a operating frequency of 80 MHz. By precisely controlling the amplitude of the RF signal applied to the AOM, the Bragg diffraction efficiency is modulated, enabling the switching of optical power between the 0th and 1st order diffracted beams. Consequently, stable laser output power is achieved. This research provides an effective solution and promising development prospects for the miniaturization of compact AOM-based power stabilization systems.",
