Abstract

The methods for the diagnostics of the arc plasma temperature field were reviewed. The measure principles and optical paths of multi-line spectrum analysis, multi-channel radiation pyrometer, and laser speckle photography were introduced. And their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Steady measurement, high precision, and measuring real-time and on-line are the tendency of the diagnostics of the arc plasma temperature field.
