Abstract

As products continue to evolve towards greater complexity and intelligence, product design is transitioning from traditional text-based systems engineering (TBSE) to model-based systems engineering (MBSE). However, current MBSE methodologies lack a systematic approach for incorporating testability design into the product design process. This study designs a testability design tool based on MBSE. The Systems Modeling Language (SysML) is selected as the modeling language to establish a testing design framework that covers the Requirement Function Logic Physics (RFLP) modeling and design phase. This paper takes an electromechanical control system as an example to demonstrate the application of testability design and evaluation in the RFLP stage.
