Design of reconfigurable multi-finger EBG structure

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

A novel reconfigurable EBG structure is designed in this paper. Four meander lines are applied into the mushroom-like EBG cell. And a quarter of EBG cell is filled with a meander line. And finger extends from each corner of one meander line to the boundary of EBG cell. Furthermore, the proposed four-meander-line multi-finger EBG structure is fabricated and measured. It is found that miniaturization and frequency reconfigurability of EBG structure can be realized.
