Abstract
The work principle of fiber optical current transducer (FOCT) is introduced. By analyzing the characteristic of the optical apparatus, a measurement scheme based on square wave modulation and demodulation is put forward, and the measurement scheme is discussed at length. The data given in the paper shows that the system distinguishing rate is less than 1A, and the scale rate change is less than 0.5% between -40°C and 60°C.
