Abstract

With the regarding to the demand that the parameters vary rapidly over a wide range for the highly maneuverable technology (HiMAT) vehicle, a switched linear model with the locally overlapped characteristic is established for a full-envelope flight. Based on the mode-dependent average dwell time (MDADT) method, a stability criterion for the above switched linear model is proposed, and an application to a full-envelope flight controller is designed, which shows fewer restrictions than that of the average dwell time (ADT). Furthermore, a numerical simulation is given to prove the correctness and feasibility of this method.
