Abstract

Through analyzing the similarity transformation character of regular polygon, a new fashioned formation mechanism of bundling was designed. It can be applied in forming hexagonal bundle of steel tubes as well as round bundle of steel bars if the cylindricity required is not very strict. It can also act as holding device of round object.
