Abstract
To deal with the problem how to efficiently combine among the process design, numerical simulation and NC stretch forming equipment in aircraft skin stretch forming, a displacement loading design method coupling sheet metal deformation with mechanism motion was proposed. First, the numerical model was established, based on VTL1000 NC stretch forming equipment. Then, the relation between sheet metal deformation and loading of mechanism motion was induced using geometrical analysis method. And the solution of the calculation equations of displacement loading was applied to numerical simulation as boundary conditions. Finally, a case study indicates this method has high precision and good engineering practicability.
