Design of Diagnostic Reasoning Software for Fluid System

Abstract

Fluid system is an important part of fluid machinery, and its health affects product performance and operator safety. In order to ensure the working performance of the fluid system, based on the fluid system testability model and logic diagnosis, the fluid system diagnostic reasoning software is designed. First, establish a fluid system testability model to obtain system D matrix information; then, based on the obtained D matrix, create a D matrix knowledge base to form a set of diagnostic algorithms; finally, a software for state detection and fault reasoning for fluid systems is developed. The results show that this method can effectively perform state detection and diagnostic reasoning on fluid systems.
