Abstract

Decompose the flight dynamic model of Bank-to-Turn (BTT) Missile into pitch-yaw channel and roll channel, and design the autopilot separately. While design the autopilot of the pitch-yaw channel, we build the change of the pitch-yaw channel induced by roll angle rate as a ploytopic system, and the flight dynamic model in the flight envelope is getting through the linear combination method. The controller of each vertices is designed based on the eigenstructure assignment method. The controller in the flight process is also getting through the linear combination method. To ensure the tracking performance of the pitch-yaw channel, feedforward controller is designed. After all the design work, the approve of the stability and tracking performance of the close-loop system is accomplished.
