Design of Broadband Magnetoelectric Dipole Antenna Based on Inverted L-shaped Structure

Abstract

In this paper, a new inverted L-shaped magnetoelectric dipole structure is constructed. The impedance bandwidth of this magnetoelectric dipole antenna is 4.79-7.60GHz, which is suitable for 5G broadband antenna. The inverted L-shaped design and the improvement of relevant parameters make the structure of the magnetoelectric dipole simple and convenient for processing and assembly. The gain reaches more than 0dB in the frequency band. After optimization, the symmetry and the uniformity of the forward radiation of the radiation pattern are improved.
