Abstract
According to a given aircraft, the formula of aircraft cruise drag and center of gravity as well as aerodynamic center position was derived based on flight dynamics, and then the principle of reducing supersonic cruise drag by active center of gravity control technology was discussed; the architectures of active center of gravity control system applied to supersonic cruise was established, and then active center of gravity controller was designed to coordinate longitudinal stability with maneuverability well. The simulation results turn out that when active center of gravity control technology is applied to supersonic cruise, cruise drag of the given aircraft is reduced effectively, and then cruise efficiency and range is increased.
