Abstract

Cluster computing is currently the most important mode of networking computing. In this paper, instead of traditional centralized managing system, a new virtual dynamic personal non-dedicated cluster (VDPC) is proposed by the design idea of the user's managing mode. The VDPC mode, related components and inter-protocols are presented. The interaction message format and message set are defined. A small running system is implemented under Linux environment, which can provide a group of software tools and system command to support cluster application. The design principle and working process are described and the results of system measurement are provided.
