Abstract

Along with the development of pneumatic technology has been widely used in the industry, life research of pneumatic pilot solenoid valve has become an important issue. By improving the stress level, the accelerated life test method can greatly reduce the test time and cost. For a certain type of solenoid valve, this paper analyzes the fault mechanism and the accelerated stress and determine the accelerated life model. Based on theoretical analysis, a set of accelerated life test system and test process is designed, and an experimental platform is built completely. The experimental data shows that the scheme is feasible and the experimental system is reliable, providing an effective basis for the reliability research of pneumatic pilot solenoid valve.
