Abstract
Based on automatic transmission (AT) and flow-diversion characteristics of planetary gear mechanism, a type of hybrid transmission system of hybrid car was designed. Different operation modes of the hybrid transmission system were analyzed. A whole-car simulation model of the system was built by SimulationX, and the acceleration performance and fuel economy were studied. The results show that the acceleration time of the car is 9.89 s from 0 km·h-1 to 100 km·h-1. Fuel consumption does not exceed 5.24 L under EUDC case and ECE15 case. The hybrid transmission system in this paper has good acceleration performance and fuel economy.
