Abstract

This paper deals with the design of control system of simulating on rotational speed and torque of central transmission system test rig for earth-moving vehicle. Firstly, the demands of motion simulating of the test rig for central transmission system test are analyzed and the basic description of the test rig system is presented. Then, the design of simulating system for the rotational speeds and loads are carried out. Next, the fuzzy PID control laws specifically addressed three control channels are designed and the relative experiments are made. The results of simulation and experiment show the effectiveness of the designed control system, and it can meet the demands of the test of the central transmission of the earth-moving vehicle.
