Abstract

Data access is an important part of the development in J2EE platform, and is a problem developers often face to in the development field of electronic government. To take advantage of data access center authors design and develop as the middleware can implement the expansibility of system, and improve the whole performance of system. In this paper, some relative knowledge and technology make applied to data access development are introduced and the details of design and implementation are provided.
