Abstract
A gas path fault diagnosis system was established with the whole engine test data for the study. The system functions and the implementation flow chart were described. The fault diagnosis and optimal adjustment module was established using failure mode and adjustment model. And then taking a dual-shaft turbofan engine as an example, numerical experiments were conducted for noise and results analysis. Finally, the development of the system was discussed.
