Abstract

The influences of coupling on control property were analyzed in the secondary regulation load simulation test equipment for the hydraulic chassis of engineering machinery vehicles. The coupling problem occurred between the speed control subsystem and torque control subsystem. Based on single neural PID control, structure and single neutral PID decoupling algorithm were proposed. Experimental and simulation results show that this method realizes decoupling of two subsystems if we install certain decoupling control network in the control system, two subsystems operate almost independently and system dynamic performance can be improved obviously. It can lay a foundation for the practical debug work lately.
