Abstract
Ca0.7Sr0.3TiO3 was sintered adding Li 2Si2O5, and used as a dielectric barrier of DBD to decompose CO2 for the first time. DBD plasma was successively generated using Ca0.7Sr0.3TiO3. CO2 was converted to CO and O2 by DBD plasma without catalyst and reducing substance. The CO2 conversion using Ca0.7Sr 0.3TiO3 barrier was much higher than that using conventional barrier material such as SiO2 and Al2O 3.
