Abstract
Aiming at the requirement of integrating Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability, Testability and Safety (RMTSS) into product digital design environment, shortcomings of current RMTSS comprehensive integration technology was analyzed from three aspects: data sharing consistency, collaborative task decomposition and cross-platform integration. An interface integration technology based on Web service was proposed, and the general cross-platform integration interface based on 3-level architecture was constructed which was composed of Product Data Management (PDM) data processing layer, RMTSS business logic layer and RMTSS application layer. And combined with general design process of RMTSS, the invoking procedure of general cross-platform integration interface was introduced. The general cross-platform integration interface was implemented based on TeamCenter and ENOVIA LCA, two mainstream PDM systems. Feasibility of cross-platform integration technology was validated by the integrated application of reliability prediction computer aided design tool.
