Abstract

In this paper, a novel method for identifying the Finite Impulse Response (FIR) of the closed-loop systems is proposed. Building upon the cross-correlation analysis, we develop an efficient data-driven approach to estimate the unknown coefficients of FIR. The cross-correlation analysis, which is based on two sets of independent output data collected by two different controllers, provides a foundation for calculating the FIR parameters. The proposed algorithm offers a solution to the challenge of identifying a system under feedback control. The two simulation examples serve to demonstrate the efficacy of the presented approach.
