Abstract

The authors regret that there is a detail displayed incorrectly in the published issue. At a river meander, the water on the surface tends to flow towards the outer bank due to centrifugal effect. Therefore, the direction of the formed secondary flow in Fig.1b should be clockwise instead of counter-clockwise. The corrected figure has been attached. [Figure presented] The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
