Abstract

The authors found three labelling errors for units in Appendix Tables A5, A7, and A8. The unit for all data in Table A5 should be “cent₂₀₁₅/MJ”, rather than “$₂₀₁₅/MJ”. The unit for data in column CO₂ in Table A7 should be “kg/MWh” rather than “gram/MWh”. The unit for data in other columns (PM_2.5, SO₂, and NO_x) in Table A7 was correct (“gram/MWh”). The unit for data in Table A8 should be “$₂₀₁₀/MWh” rather than “$₂₀₁₅/MWh”. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
