Correction for Probe-Positioning Errors in Digital Holographic Reconstruction Phase-Less Near-Field Measurement

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

In this letter, the correction for probe-positioning errors in digital holographic reconstruction phase-less near-field (DHR phase-less NF) measurement is presented. The accurate evaluation and effective correction on positioning errors is essential for the robust and the integrity of the DHR phase-less NF. Under the condition of knowing the measuring positions, two correction methods sourced from the nonuniform fast Fourier transform and Bucci's interpolation are compared. Eventually, the interpolation method is verified as valid, and the simulation and experiment results show the correction ability of the interpolation procedure.
