Abstract

This paper focus on developing a cooperative interception strategy for maneuverable target based on the interception area of the missile. First, the trajectory of the target is predicted using a fitting method to obtain the expected interception point Second, a cooperative interception strategy is formulated based on the missile interception area and the expected interception point to achieve full coverage of the target reachable area from the interception area. Third, the missile midcourse guidance trajectory satisfying the angle-of-attack constraint is obtained by the model predictive static programming and will be iterated according tothe target maneuvers. Finally, the interception simulation is carried out on a maneuverable hypersonic target in the near space, which proves that this interception strategy can realize the coverage of the missile interception area on the target reachable area.
