Abstract

The control technique is introduced, and the whole control strategy and algorithm are determined. The prototype of the dual-shaker random vibration test control system is implemented under LabWin-dows/CVI. The design of this system is introduced. The actual test is performed on this system. The test results are analyzed, and the coupling problem of multiple-input/multiple-output (MIMO) and the resonance and anti-resonance problem are discussed. The practical results show the control algorithm is correct under certain conditions, and the control results reach the test requirements.
