Secondly, a construction method of project team was proposed by which the project team who possesses the optimal knowledge collaboration effect could be built. Then the key parts of the construction method, namely the construction of evaluation index system and knowledge collaboration network model based on social network and the solution of the model by using dynamic programming, were illuminated in detail. Finally, a case was studied to describe the application process of the proposed method. It is proved via the case that knowledge management level of organization may be enhanced and configuration of human resource may be optimized by the application of the proposed method in construction of project team.
