Construction and Services of Chinese Science and Technology Resource Portal Under a New Innovation Paradigm of Science and Technology

Sharing of scientific and technological (S&T) resources implements the national S&T development strategy and comprehensively promotes S&T progress and socioeconomic development, a vital measure to improve Chinese innovation capability and competitiveness. To integrate, share, and service of S&T resources, the construction of the Chinese Science and Technology Resource Portal (CSTRP) focuses on developing new paradigm and spurring new demands of S&T innovation. CSTRP builds standard specification and resource identification systems to realize the aggregation and sharing service of multi-category S&T resources in China, which promotes the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of S&T resources and accelerates innovative construction in China. This paper comprehensively introduces the system architecture, key technologies, function modules, and important achievements of CSTRP. It provides guidelines on Chinese S&T resources information aggregation, service sharing, and decision making.
