Abstract
The bleed system is responsible for supplying the cockpit loop control system and the aircraft's anti-icing system with an air supply of a certain temperature and pressure. At present, the rapid switching of high and low pressure bleed modes poses a great threat to the operational performance of the loop control system and the safety of the core turbine components, and there is an urgent need to introduce more advanced and optimized control strategies and to carry out ground simulation studies to verify them. This paper uses AMESim simulation software and Labview configuration software to build a joint simulation platform for the ground simulation test system of aircraft engine bleed. In particular, the Labview configuration software simulates the actual test operating system; the dynamic simulation model of the ground simulation test system is established in AMESim, and the model parameters are identified and corrected by test flight and test data. The joint simulation platform has functions such as simulation model parameter correction and system simulation model validation, thus enhancing the validation capability of the physical test workbench.
