Abstract

An algebraic algorithm is devised to derive exact traveling wave solutions of differential-difference equations by means of the projective Riccati equation approach. For illustration, we apply this method to solve relativistic Toda lattice system. Some explicit and exact traveling wave solutions including periodic solutions, solitary wave solutions are constructed.
