Abstract
As an important airborne equipment of aircraft, the brake system needs higher requirements for its safety, reliability, and efficiency. The traditional modeling method to establish the aircraft brake system model has a single form, lack of interacting with the physical entity. The state parameters of the brake system are easily disturbed by the actual operation state. In this paper, the digital twin model of multi-domain coupling of braking system is established by Matlab/Simulink, which is the real representation of physical entity. We propose a state parameter correction theory and establish a consistency judgment method for the model. When it does not meet the consistency judgment, GA-PSO algorithm is proposed as the correction and update algorithm of the state parameters of the digital twin model. Comparison before and after model updating shows that the twin model needs to update its parameters in the whole life cycle. This method can not only bring into correspondence with the running state of the entity, but also improve integrity of the data through the virtual simulation to achieve more comprehensive monitoring of the running state.
