Abstract

In general, Computer Aided Testing (CAT) is an important means to improve the performance and increase the reliability of hydraulic torque simulator. This paper proposes a new CAT system of hydraulic torque simulator to realize the strong measurement function by adopting the advanced testing technology, such as signal generation, static and dynamic measurement of loaded actuator, static and dynamic testing of loading motor, oscilloscope, signal analysis, and information recorder. The experimental results indicate that the effect of CAT system for hydraulic simulator is content.
