Abstract
In this paper, computer aided engineering system for aircraft stretch forming ASSFCAE is introduced and its design idea, general architecture and system function are presented. The key technologies including analysis and solver of stretch forming machine, analysis model definition, loading path design, optimization methods as well as FEM interface are discussed and accomplished. The successful practice on some aircraft skin components shows that ASSFCAE is an integrated manufacture solution for aircraft stretch forming. ASSPCAE can realize the combination of CAD, CAE and CAM, and it is reliable and valuable.
