Component-oriented technical architecture modeling method of C4ISR

Abstract

In order to improve combat capability and implement the interoperability and rapid variety of business and technology, Open Architecture was adopted in C4ISR system and decomposed to functional architecture and technical architecture. A component-oriented technical architecture modeling method of C4ISR was provided. First, the DSFC (Data, System, Function, Component) model of technical architecture was described and a major introduction of component and relationship of them was given. Second, a DoDAF-based describing method was proposed which could be used to depict the architecture from different view. Finally, an example was given to explain how to use the method to describe the architecture.
