Abstract

The complicated situation that Partially Repairable System (PRS) completes phased mission is analyzed in the paper. Generalized Mission Reliability (GMR) considering mission maintainability is chosen as the evaluating parameter of mission success, and then its definition, connotation, and analytical model of GMR are proposed in detail. Moreover, the model framework and general model of GMR are established, which is based on some reasonable hypotheses and combined with the characteristics of PRS and phased mission. Finally an example of UAV system is provided to verify the validity of this model. The study can provide the theoretical foundation for phased mission success evaluation of partially repairable system.
