Competitiveness evaluation of China chain retail enterprises based on AHP-fuzzy

Abstract

Chain retail competitiveness is a comprehensive assessment that reflects the strength of a business as a whole. By using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and fuzzy mathematics theory, the paper establishes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. On this basis, the model is proved effectively by practical application. The proposed evaluation model not only can be used overall competitiveness evaluation in the same industry, but also can be used evaluation internal regular chain retail store or different franchisees. The retail competitiveness evaluation example is given and the results are accord with actual performance.
