Abstract

A way to test mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers is put forward in accordance with the requirements of the new GB standard. The whole principle and key circuits of the hardware system are introduced. In software, algorithms are provided to ascertain action time and to compare the curve. The test results show that the test device can be conveniently used in qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mechanical characteristic under new GB standard, measurement accuracy is up to 1%.
