Abstract

Based on the aerodynamic calculation and using some experiential formula on flow and jet mixing, the exit temperature debugging method at a certain turbine combustor was studied according to the working condition and the overhaul experimental data. Aerodynamic functions with method of flow-obstruction was employed to compute flow parameters, combining aerodynamic calculation and jet flow mixing temperature disposal. An analogism method was put forward, so by this means the estimate of exit temperature which changed along with the aperture of mixing hole became more accurate. The position and size of mixing hole to be adjusted was given based on the requirement of exit temperature.
