The method for developing Hydropower Corporation standardization system based on Web Services is proposed, by which platform-free and interoperability of heterogeneous systems are realized and opened unified integrated environment is provided By Analytic System (AS), which is the crucial component of the system, the coordination between systems, including coordination of shared resource and problem solutions, is realized.
