Automatic recognition about Pallet based on tracking algorithm of ladar and SLAM

Abstract

In order to improve the recognition accuracy of AGV on the pallet and the whole AGV system efficiency, using the new methods and combined methods is very necessary. With the increase in the amount of business process and business types, moreover, barcode technology has become increasingly prominent disadvantages. This paper introduces a new pallet identification method based on laser radar algorithm and SLAM algorithm. This new method combines the Laser triangulation principle, linear light range measurement principle and monocular vision with two-dimension code scanning technology, and the efficiency and the precision are improved greatly.
