Abstract
This paper succeed in applying virtual prototype technology to design and analyze reliability of airplane retractable nose-gear mechanisms, and solve the key technologies in applications. A mechanism reliability design and analysis virtual prototype system was established by carrying on the secondary development on the basis of business software. In this system reliability design combined with sensitivity analysis at the same time, which have improved the efficiency of reliability design and analysis and the practicability of this technology.
