Abstract

The affected elements of the accuracy about multi-signal modeling and diagnosis strategy design are analyzed. These elements include the testability requirement, the system structure and function principle, the test principle and reliability. The engineering operation flow of multi-signal modeling and diagnosis strategy design is established, which includes the modeling preparation phase, the modeling process phase, and the review phase. The modeling preparation phase is a key step to ensure the accuracy of model. The factors and design flow about adding test points are given to resolve the problem of insufficient test points. A hydraulic control system is taken as an example for the engineering application, which includes multi-signal modeling, diagnosis strategy design and adding test points. The result shows that this method is feasible and effective.
