Abstract

In this paper, a dual-band antenna with Peano fractal EBG structure is proposed for GNSS application. In order to improve the anti-multipath performance, the small-size EBG structure based on second-order Peano fractal curve is applied into this dual-band antenna. In order to demonstrate the stop-band performance, the Peano fractal EBG structure is fabricated and measured. And the radiation pattern of the proposed EBG antenna is investigated. It is found that the novel EBG structure can be used to improve antenna radiation performance for anti-multipath purpose.
